Cancellation Policy:

We expect that if you have made a reservation with us which you cannot keep, we would expect you to call us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not call or e-mail within the 24 hour period, then we will charge your credit card a minimum one day fee .

If you neglect to contact our office at all, we will charge your credit card $50.00 CAD !
